The Schmalz VacuMaster Vario Vacuum Lifting Unit is complete with:
•Custom cantilevered sheet manipulator with 300 lb capacity
Heavy duty structural steel frame with main carriage/turret
Rotation of turret up to 360°
Carriage has anti-kickup construction so the complete structure is held vertical
Designed for dual-girder bridge assembly with 36" between bridges
Vertical structure made from heavy duty tubular steel to resist cantilevered weight on the end of the manipulator
Overall height of the vertical structure is approximately 120" allowing the vacuum pads to almost touch the floor and raise to a clear height of approx 53"
Cantilevered structure is made from structural steel tubing that reaches 24" out from vertical structure (distance to center of system)
Vacuum system includes:
2X 1150mm cantilevered crossbeams
2 suction pads 400x120mm (FXC 120 x 400) with SEM 75 vacuum generators
Mounting brackets for grippers
Flexolink fittings
Control panel that locates the push button control functions nearby or on the handle bar
The control function will include the following:
Up/down (hoist)
On/off (vacuum)
On/off (system)
Also includes an audible warning alarm that will sound if power fails or if vacuum pressure decreases below a pre-set level
