The Door Master Model SDM2-MITER is engineered for assembling and clamping miter (45°) and cope-and-stick (90°) doors with speed and precision. Ideal for cabinet doors, it offers sturdy, high-quality pneumatics, including brand-name air valves and double-action cylinders. Its adjustable pedestal ensures an ergonomic working height, enhancing operator comfort and efficiency.

Options:

A capacity of 48" x 96" or 30" x 96" or 48" x 120"
Small part insert allowing the assembly of frames as small as 5-1/2" x 5-1/2"
Additional vertical clamp
Modified Pneumatic System to allow two preset levels of clamping pressure for different materials
