SCM Minimax me 40ETR HP edgebander is the most accessorized machine that guarantees high quality results in processing. This edgebander increases productivity with a feed track of the panel brought to a speed of 9 m/min. Minimax me 40ETR HP has an easy-to-use PLC control panel to adjust and read the temperature of the glue pot. The end cutting unit allows you to make a radius on the corners of the edged panel without the need of the operator to have to finish at a later stage.

• Pre-Milling Unit: Uses 2 tools with opposing rotation and timed intervetnion, that prepares and corrects any panel imperfection caused by the saw cutting process and panel storage.
• Rounding Unit: Carries out the rounding of thin and thick edges up to 3 mm for the best finish quality.
• The unit is equipped with a blade and a high frequency motor to provide a high quality edge.
• Trimming Unit: The unit allows to make a radius on the corners of the edged panel without the need for operator to have to finsih by hand.
