The Doucet AEC Automatic Glue Applicator is a high-efficiency sequencer belt conveyor, enabling operators to stage multiple parts in a bottom-feed reserve to ensure continuous material flow. Its belt can create gaps or keep a steady feed between parts as required. Parts pass through a series of bottom-feed steel rollers and a precise glue application zone with a pressurized Apquip glue head that applies controlled glue lines. A variable speed motor powers the rollers, and a sensor stops feeding once parts reach the end, ready for operator retrieval.
